Tim was an amazing instructor! He was able to use tons of different real life experience in order to teach and allow us to fully understand. He not only taught on things we needed for the test, but was full of tips for our future real estate businesses. He was was a wealth of knowledge and you could really tell he was passionate about what he did. Thank you Tim, I was even able to pass on my first try!! 🙂
