Online Training Description:

As easy as 1,2,3 – Register for the class, Watch the Video, Print Your Certificate – Done.

I would like to let you know a little bit more about the online training. There are currently 6 classes for you to complete your 12 hours of continuing education. Each class is 2 hours long. The classes are video presentations, once you start the video there is no need to click to continue. You can complete the classes at your own pace. If you only have an hour a day to watch the videos that’s fine. We can save your spot, so you can pick up right where you left off in the video.

Registration is simple all you need to do is click on “Register Now” button above. On the registration page enter your information and payment information. Once you register for the online training an email will be sent to you with the log in instructions. When your ready to start the video just follow the link in the email.

Listed bellow are the classes that are available. The state of Massachusetts requires that all Real Estate Licensees take 12 hours of Continuing Education every 2 years. You can take all 12 hours if you need to or take as many hours as needed to fulfill the state requirement. You have 2 months from the date that you registered to complete the classes. We will be keeping track of how many classes you complete, so you do not have to retake all 6 classes.
